At Suits You Custom Tailor, every garment is custom-made with precision and care. Because our products are made-to-order, we’ve created the following policy to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our process.
Returns & Refunds
At Suits You Custom Tailor, each garment is made-to-order with precision and personalized detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless otherwise approved. If a return is authorized, the suit must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, and it must be returned within 20 days of delivery for a refund to be processed.
Please note: Refunds are not provided for preference changes or body fluctuations after production.
Alteration Policy
We offer one round of complimentary alterations if fit concerns are communicated within 20 days of delivery. To qualify, clients must provide clear descriptions and supporting photos of the issue.
Requests submitted after 20 days may still be considered, but any additional alteration costs will be the responsibility of the client. Fit concerns related to changes in body size (e.g., weight loss or gain) are not covered by our complimentary alteration offer.
